Finish That Bottle Of Wine!

Wine bottle and Christmas lights!

You need:

- An empty clean label free bottle

- Christmas Lights

- 1/2 in glass cutting drill bit

- A drill

- Tape

- A bit of water

Remove the label and clean the bottle. Or maybe leave the label on. 

I used some tape so the drill would not slip around.

Then start to drill. Take your time! And DONT push hard.......you WILL break the bottle! (We did) ((You might want to dribble some water on the bottle as you are drill.))

Keep on DRILLING! 

After sometime your DONE!!!!

  

Remove the tape, clean up the bottle from the dust. Next start to feed the lights in from the middle of the strand! Take your time this took awhile! 

Now time to enjoy your labor......maybe with a glass of wine! 

Look at ME!! I'm a NEW lamp shade!

We had this lamp shade for a while. I have thought so many times of throwing it away but didn't want to waste room in the garbage can. So we saved it, and saved it........till today!

I ripped off the fabric and said GOODBYE! Then looped yarn around it, over and over and OVER! 

Next thing to do is paint the base!
